Cynthia Levin from connect kids YOGA shares how to focus on a single point using the colour mindful cube. In this very simple mindfulness exercise which is suitable for preschoolers to grandparents we stop & drop into stillness by watching the flow of colours with the colourful mindful cube.

Really young children get great benefits by saying the colours out loud as they change, while older children can say them quietly in their head. This exercise is also perfect for the children with special needs.
